SOUND

Everything and each of us is a distinct vibration within existence, in All-That-Is. We are manifestations of vibrations born from the sounds of the universe, and everything is interconnected through the waves of vibration. Science has confirmed that everything in the universe, including ourselves, is pure energy vibrating at different frequencies. When our cells vibrate at higher frequencies, everything around us also resonates at a higher level.

BREATH

Breath, our divine life force, serves as the gateway between the body and consciousness. It is also a tool that grounds the body and anchors our experience on earth. Through the breath, we can regulate our state of consciousness. A slower and longer breathing rhythm relaxes the nervous system and activates the heart's electromagnetic field, facilitating a connection to the highest emotional frequencies, such as compassion, gratitude, and unconditional love.

MEDITATION

Bringing awareness, letting go with grace, and feeling beyond. Through meditation, we experience the space in which everything coexists. We open up to the experience of all frequencies and shades of love in eternity, with trust. Allowing ourselves to choose anew, we live from infinite possibilities. Meditation connects us to our higher self and higher purpose, freeing us from karmic limitations, conditionings, and old programs. It helps us discover our potential in the light of awareness.
